We love a good canapé. And when we say good, we're not talking mean morsels of flavourless amuse bouches (nothing amuses us less). And we don't mean hefty bites that are impossible to eat without spilling down your carefully chosen outfit. We mean good. So we'll work with you to devise delectable mini-bites that set the tone for your event, in keeping with your main menu and in sync with the drinks on offer. Bouches amused, mission accomplished.
What is 'bowl food' you ask? It's a fancy term for a few mini meals in one delectable bowl. Do not be fooled by the size; bowl food has a lot of colour, character, and is packed with nutrition. So while we impress you with our culinary skills, you feast your eyes and stomach on our pan-fried sea bass with chorizo and crushed new potatoes, posh fish and chips, beef bourguignon with red wine and button mushrooms, chimichurri steak with sweet potato fries, coq au vin with French baguette and endless other options we could go on about...
Ah, the smell and sizzle of a barbeque on a hot day while you sip a cold Pimm's. Nothing beats it, right? Well, almost nothing - apart, that is, from someone else doing all the hard work for you. Because little is worse than a barbeque that has been ill-tended (cross-reference: those multiple jugs of Pimm's). So why not relax completely, entrust the marinating, igniting and flipping to us and enjoy a meat/fish/veggie feast over hot coals without the fuss? What's summer for if not to relax?
You walk down the aisle looking like the picture perfect couple while we make sure that your wedding food spread looks like something straight out of a magazine. While you may be getting cold feet (both literally and figuratively) at your winter wedding, the deliciousness of our food will warm the heart, soul and eyes of everybody present at your big day. Our handmade white crab tortellini with butter and red amaranth cress, roasted venison with golden chanterelles, grain mustard veloute and red wine jus, raspberry opera with brandy snap and other delectable dishes will work their way seamlessly into your already magical event.
There is nothing worse than a skimpy buffet. And one thing is for certain: we take Buffet lunches very seriously indeed. So rely on us to serve it up with as much love as we would a seven-course tasting menu.
Office meetings, private parties or weddings, our buffets are always an opulent, unforgettable feast where guests can casually help themselves... you may even find the cheeky few going back for seconds and thirds! But hey, that's the fun of it all, isn't it?
Delicious food, sparkling drinks and engaging conversation are just some of the ingredients that make for a fun night out. Pan-seared scallops on celeriac puree and lobster ragu, pistachio crusted rack of lamb with zucchini and eggplant terrine, orange blossom scented créme fraÎche panna cotta with strawberry chips and other mouth watering options to choose from, our dinner menu will guarantee a spectacular dinner that will not be forgotten for weeks. To add that special something, our dinner menus even boast of a separate Artisan cheese course which promises to leave both you and your taste buds in awe.
Chestnuts roasting on an open fire. Pigs in blankets wrapped up snug. Cranberries at the ready. Wine mulling. And figgy pudding infusing with lashings of brandy. There is nothing quite like Christmas, with its sumptuous smells from the kitchen and joyous good cheer. Whether you opt for the traditional turkey or goose with all the trimmings or something more offbeat, we'll whip up a feast that will satisfy even Santa's taste buds until next Yuletide.
