Autumn is one of our favourite seasons to cater in, the hearty seasonal foods and flavours give depth and warmth to any party. Event catering for any occasion throughout this season allows for some beautiful experimentation when it comes to the flavours and the design, the taste and the decor.

Hot spiced apple cider with star anise, cinnamon stick and served in an apple cup, makes the cosiest accompaniment to the warming menu and a stand out offering for your event guests.
Canapés like spicy pumpkin soup with oven roasted pumpkins and parsley can take centre stage, to be followed by a selection of artisan cheeses with grissini.
Here at Wild Peacock, we’re so inspired by colour when it comes to creating and catering your event; this autumn we’re loving the balance of classic vibrant autumnal ‘fire palette’ of oranges, browns and reds, with the cooler blues and navy grey for a chic take on traditional October decor.
Nothing represents the autumnal vibes of October better than the humble pumpkin. The versatility of this beauty never ceases to amaze and inspire us in our culinary creations. Whilst we still have Halloween, Bonfire Night and Thanksgiving before we hit the true festivities of the Christmas period, we are borrowing those warm, festive flavours for elements of our autumn wedding menu with classics like hot apple cider and pumpkin soup (which can become an absolute showpiece), followed by an indulgent cheese board and you have a simple and showstopping autumn/winter event.
